Exclusive wellness retreat
I’ve been guiding retreats for many years now and see the same pattern over and over again. People arrive the first day and their minds are still stuck back in work. That starts to change after a breathing session or two: their bodies relax, they begin to slow down, they feel calm again, they look different, they begin to feel different.
There’s a place I visited recently that is special.
It’s called The Deerstone and it’s in Wicklow. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. The Deerstone is nestled in the Wicklow mountains not far from Glendalough. A river flows behind one of the most incredible spaces I have ever seen called The Roundhouse. Here’s a photo below. This is where we’ll be doing all our breathing sessions.
Oh, have I forgot to mention, I’m running a private retreat at The Deerstone and you’re invited.
Outside The Roundhouse, there are saunas and ice baths sprinkled around the land. We’re going to spend two nights / three days here, exploring deeply how breathwork, the cold, the heat and the mind can deeply replenish us, deeply change us, deeply benefit us.
Paths meander from The Roundhouse, through ancient trees, to luxury eco-cabins. The place is beautiful. It’s peaceful. Each cabin has it’s own hot tub. The accommodation is amazing. Check it out.
The whole place was built, and is maintained, to the highest sustainability standards.
So, do you want to join me here for a private retreat?
We will be exploring all the practises that I use to find calm and peace. To improve how we feel and how we think. To bring about a profound sense of wellness. To find the time for ourselves.
First thing to do, is to take a look at The Deerstone.
Second thing to do, is to check your availability for these dates:
6 - 8 May
Finally, if you want to join me, then add your name to our waiting list. When all the details have been confirmed (within the next week), I will send them to you. But, you have to be on the waiting list. This is an exclusive experience, so join the list now if you’re interested.

Of course, one of the most important ingredients for this retreat will be time. Time to retreat. Time to leave behind the daily grind. Time to breathe. Time to recover. Time to explore the depths. Time for yourself.
And only 40 minutes drive from Dublin.
