Limited spaces, price and format
I want to ensure that everyone gets the knowledge, and support, they need to be a great breathing teacher. To ensure this happens, the numbers will be limited.
This level one teacher training is €650.
It consists of four-weeks of preparation work (at home) plus three-days of intensive training and assessments in-person.
More information about the preparation work can be found below.
On completion of the training, you’ll be qualified to teach breathwork to small groups and one-on-one.

Our approach is inspired by my international best-selling book The Blissful Breath.
Required preparation for in-person training
If your application is successful, you will be required to complete four weeks of preparation (at home) before attending breathwork teacher training. This includes reading my best-selling book “The Blissful Breath” (available in most shops and online). As well, practising 10 minutes of breathwork each day using The Breathe With Níall App.
The path of mastery
We could spend our lives studying, learning and practising ways of breathing. It is a vast, and massively beneficial, subject. So, to reflect that, The Blissful Breath Academy teacher training is broken down into the following levels. You can do as many levels as you like. Or none at all!
Think of this as your own path, that you can follow at will:
Level one: an introduction to teaching breathwork
The beginning of your journey to being a masterful breathing teacher.
September training is sold out. Next available training is 17, 18 and 19 January 2025.
Level two: progressive breathwork teaching
A deepening of your own practise, its benefits and your ability to teach this to others.
Next Level Two training will take place in 2025. Details coming soon.
Level three: advanced breathwork teaching
The emergence of you as a masterful breathwork guide and teacher.
Next Level Three is taking place 6, 7 and 8 December 2024.
Level four: elite breathwork teaching
You unlock the deep breathwork practices and their profound benefits. Your expertise is clear, your understanding is deeply felt by your students.
Taking place in 2025
Level five: master breathwork teaching
Breathwork is stitched into the fabric of your life. Your exploration of it is unprecedented. Your understanding is profound, your ability to teach is masterful; you are the breath.
Taking place in 2025
