WimRise returns

I enjoy the simple things: sitting down and breathing together. Being surrounded by nature. Watching the sun rise. Going for a dip in the sea.

That is why I am delighted to tell you that WimRise returns.

WimRise is a free event for adventurous souls who want to breathe with the rising sun and then swim in the wild sea.

Would you like to join me?

We will meet in the Killiney Hill car park at 5am. This time it will be a little different: we will walk up into the forest and take some time to breathe together there, as the sun rises, surrounded by the trees. Then, for whoever would like to join me, we will make the short hike down to White Rock beach for a dip in the sea.

WimRise will take place each morning:

• Saturday 10 July at 5am

• Sunday 11 July at 5am

• Monday 12 July at 5am

Everyone is welcome.

You are welcome to come along to all of the mornings. One of them. None of them. Whatever suits you. I'll be there anyway, breathing with the rising sun.

Please come prepared for sitting outside in the cold in a forest. And for a dip in the sea. It may be sunny, wet, cold or snowing. Come prepared. You are responsible for your own comfort and safety.

As we emerge from lockdown, it is time for WimRise to return. See you there.
