You, me and our children and teenagers

When my youngest daughter suddenly became overwhelmed with anxiety, I knew I had to do something about it. I had helped many thousands of people around the world to use breathing to feel calm and peaceful despite the struggles they faced. Now, I had to help my youngest daughter do the same.

This quickly expanded to helping more children and teenagers to deal with stress, worry, fear and anxiety. I now want to share this with you and your children and teenagers. Together, we can help them (and us) feel calm and safe again. We can teach them how to deal with overwhelming feelings and situations. We can help them feel open, settled and loved again.

How it works

  • These recordings have been tested by children, teachers and students and improved upon and refined

  • You and your child will get access to the best, most effective, recordings

  • You will also be given proven guidance on how to use these recordings to bring about long-lasting, and profound, benefits

This is accessed through a membership. A small membership fee is paid every month. You have full control of your membership and can cancel it at any time with no hidden charges nor strings attached.

Community
We know that it takes more than one person to care for children and teenagers. So, this project is built around community. I have worked with children, teachers and students to create the first batch of audio recordings. These have been tested and improved to get them ready for you. But, now, I need your help. Tell me what recordings work for your children? What do they like? Ask them to review them and send me what they say. Then, I will take all of this information and create new, and better, recordings that we will all benefit from. We’re better together.
