  • We will work together over three months 

  • Every month, we will have an in-depth coaching session, examining your intentions and requirements 

  • This could be online or in-person depending on where you are in the world 

  • We’ll create a precise plan that fits with your expectations, schedule and aspirations

  • It will be simple-to-follow and highly effective

  • We will use breathing, nature, cold training, meditation and much more as part of your plan

  • We’ll track your progress, adjusting and improving the plan as we go on

  • I will focus my 20 years of experience on helping you achieve the transformation you want 

With this one-on-one programme, I only work with a small number of people. I am committed to helping them bring about deep, and lasting, improvements in their lives.
