We will work together over three months
Every month, we will have an in-depth coaching session, examining your intentions and requirements
This could be online or in-person depending on where you are in the world
We’ll create a precise plan that fits with your expectations, schedule and aspirations
It will be simple-to-follow and highly effective
We will use breathing, nature, cold training, meditation and much more as part of your plan
We’ll track your progress, adjusting and improving the plan as we go on
I will focus my 20 years of experience on helping you achieve the transformation you want
With this one-on-one programme, I only work with a small number of people. I am committed to helping them bring about deep, and lasting, improvements in their lives.
