Restorative breathing classes: online, anytime and anywhere

But first, a story…
His ears were big. To me, it seemed like they got bigger the older he got.
He was tough: born and raised in the Liberties in Dublin's inner city. He was my grandfather and he was known as Billy "The Jazzer" Dempsey.
Things weren't always easy for the Jazzer. As a teenager (a long, long time ago) he was imprisoned without trial by the British Empire. To protest their innocence, the Jazzer joined other prisoners on a dangerous hunger strike. Eventually, he was released but he never fully recovered from the hunger strike.
The Jazzer was on my mind recently when I described to someone the importance of breathing. More specifically, the importance of breathing with focus and intent.
Without food, we'd survive for a few weeks.
Without water, we'd survive for a few days.
Without air, we'd survive for a few minutes.
That is how important breathing is. Thankfully, it happens by itself for the most part. But, when we pay attention to it, deep and lasting benefits are there for us.
We can change our behaviour, our thoughts and our feelings for the better.
We can improve our health and resilience.
We can heal ourselves.
You may have done some breathing with me before? But, maybe you haven't had the chance. Maybe the time didn't suit? Maybe the venue was too far away?

I've created a bundle of online classes for you. These videos are simple-to-follow.
The first class will help you reduce stress and anxiety, while releasing tension. You'll feel calm, peaceful and restored. This class is 20 minutes long.
The second class is more vigorous. It will help you increase your energy, elevate your mood and improve your health. This class is 20 minutes long.
Your bonus meditation class will guide you through a simple and effective meditation for people who find meditating difficult!

In the end, the Jazzer lived to be a ripe old age (despite his many trips to hospital). He survived the hunger strike. He survived everything else. Why? Because he kept breathing.
