Six month programme (Online + Immersive - €4,850)
2 half-day ‘immersive’ coaching sessions which will be a mix of outdoor breathing and cold training and coaching
4 x monthly 90-minute one-on-one video coaching calls

12 Month Programme (Online + Immersive - €9,250)
4 half-day ‘Immersive’ Coaching sessions which will be a mix of outdoor breathing and cold training and coaching
8 x monthly 90-minute one-on-one video coaching calls
Plus
5 Focused “Quick Hits” (emails or 10-min calls monthly as needed)
Accountability check-ins for new routines as appropriate
